JOB DESCRIPTION

• A growing nonprofit organization is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work Monday through Friday, approximately 24 hours per week, with some remote work. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once. Nonprofit experience strongly preferred. Experience with grant writing, grant research, or grant administration is a plus.
• The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Founder/CEO and support the day-to-day administrative, program, development, and event-related needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working in a small, growing nonprofit environment.

• A highly organized, personable, and resourceful professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven nonprofit organization. Experience supporting development, fundraising, or grants is especially valuable.
  

COMPENSATION

• DOE. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
